Yeay, Me! I can already feel a big difference in the way my clothes feel. Two weeks in, sugar kicked, need to add some variety to the diet to avoid boredom and exercise to kick it up a notch. Helowwww, Spring!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
