So, I've been slacking on my diet/exercise and my body feels bad in result. So starting tomorrow I'm going to do the Dr. Oz's 2-week rapid weight loss plan. This plan does not allow wheat, artificial sugars, white sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine, no dairy, no additional exercising and no eating between 8pm-8am. Hopefully, my body resets from not craving the bad stuff. I know my body is going to feel so much better and look!
