I started a low carb diet Sept 3, 2014 and have lost 58 lbs. (Switched from WW). With this diet I stay more satisfied, in fact some meals I have to force myself to eat so my body doesn't think I am staving it. My issue prior wasn't over eating it was not eating enough. One meal a day at lunch (out) and nothing else during the day. I also wasn't drinking enough of anything. I still struggle with getting my water intake but it has gotten easier. Since last Jan 2014 I have lost 77lbs! 47 more to go!
