Try to eat all your daily points every day. As you lose weight, you will lose points and wish you had those back. Many times we lose more by eating more (sounds weird, but has to do with metabolism). Try it for a week and see what happens. Getting in your dairy can make a difference too (it helps with fat loss). Upping your fiber when you are not use to it can cause digestive troubles. Its best to up it a little at a time. There's no reason you cannot have a cookie or treat if you have the points. You also have flex points for whatever you want. Many people lose more when they eat some flex. You have play around with them and see how they work for you. You seem to be doing great.
