Alrighty so, Surprisingly I didn't do too horribly today! I'm proud of myself! I didn't go over on my calories (SO SHOCKING!) and all I drank was water! It's great! I should drink more so I can flush the sodium i consumed today. I don't want to retain water haha. I feel like I can do this. I just have to cut out the mindless/emotional eating and I should be fine. I'm not sure what the scale will say tomorrow, but hopefully something good.... sigh lol. There's so many naughty things to eat in my apartment, somehow I didn't dabble into everything! I went for fruit first which is good. Yay!

Oh don't get me started! doughnuts, ice cream, chips... urgh. My weaknesses. Thanks for your support! I probably wont deprive myself of these things, only because that will definitely lead to binge eating. Moderation is key!

I have a HUGE sugar addiction too (can't eat just one!). I have replaced chocolate with coffee with splenda and french vanilla creamer. It's my one "bad" thing. If I have all my food planned out, I find that I don't crave the stuff that is around, I don't eat as much, and I feel better at the end of the day too. Keep up the good work!

I can relate so well shelly! It's hard, right? My sweet tooth has cursed me lol! I find that going for fruit is healthier because they're natural sugars. Watermelon, grapes, maybe a banana, strawberries... the list goes on! You can't go wrong with fruit!
