I am feeling inspired again. According to Fat Secret I will reach my goal weight in 4 months if I continue to lose like I did this week. Four months would mean that I have been striving to reach my goal for 2 years! I can do this! I am excited again! No more cheating! Getting ready to have brunch of low carb creme cheese pancakes, eggs and bacon. Barbecued chicken thighs and grilled spring veggies on the grill tonight along with a spinach strawberry salad.

That's great! Mine said 10 months, but the thought of being a normal weight this time next year is a boost for me. That 4 month estimate should really motivate you.

Stay with it! I am feeling so proud of myself right now! I usually cheat on Sundays because my husband's brunch is always english muffins with PB and jelly and a bowl of some sweet cereal and I am usually right there with him. Today I made his and I made mine for me and my son. So good it was hard to believe it was allowed on my diet! Even though I have gained recently (but I am back to losing), the feeling of how far I have come is so awesome!

Couldn't find my pancakes on Fat Secret, so I just added protein pancakes which are close enough I guess, but mine are really less carbs than that.

I could not find my breakfast her this morning either, so I got as close as I could. I think just being as accountable as we can is what counts. Good on you for your recent weight loss!!!

If I can't find something and I'm in too much of a hurry to put it in as a new food, I try to pick something that seems a little higher, just to keep myself honest!
