need to watch my calories closer keep it more around 1500 and step up the excer. doing 30 min a day min but would like to up that - hoping these new shoes help the issue with my left foot hurting - they seem to be helping after 2 days.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
