Was so surprised by my weight this morning, I decided to record it. 224.4. That's 2.4 lbs since my Monday weigh in. Tonight is my friend's wedding, but I'm prepping myself, so that hopefully I won't do too much damage, and will have a snack just before leaving for the wedding hall. The last couple of days I've noticed my calorie intake dropping, although I haven't planned it that way. I'm not as hungry as I was last week, and on occasion I'm dropping a fruit serving here, a snack there. Not going to worry about it for a few days, but I don't want to let my calories drop too low (especially when I'm working out every day). I have planned out meals/snacks as much as I can....and accounting for all the meals/snacks at home, and assuming I have brisket and my two bites of cake at the wedding, I'm still under 1300...I hope there is fruit on the buffet!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
