Bought a newer digital scale. My old one was off a bit.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1400 kcal Fat: 88.38g | Prot: 99.12g | Carb: 54.34g.   Breakfast: coffee, cheddar cheese, half andhalf, neese's sausage, Soft Taco Low Carb Tortillas, splenda. Lunch: pepper jack, la banderita, russell stover pecan delights, red zinger tea, tomato, turkey, cocktail peanuts. Dinner: chicken breast, kale, onion, cauliflower, zucchini, red zinger tea. more...
