Bought a newer digital scale. My old one was off a bit.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1400 kcal Fat: 88.38g | Prot: 99.12g | Carb: 54.34g.   Breakfast: Soft Taco Low Carb Tortillas, half andhalf, cheddar cheese, coffee, splenda, neese's sausage. Lunch: cocktail peanuts, pepper jack, la banderita, russell stover pecan delights, red zinger tea, tomato, turkey. Dinner: red zinger tea, cauliflower, onion, kale, chicken breast, zucchini. more...
