1687 kcal Fat: 47.73g | Prot: 128.14g | Carb: 195.87g.   Breakfast: smuckers simply fruit blackberry, arnold whole grains bread healthy multi-grain, MaraNatha All Natural No Stir Almond Butter Crunchy, whipped heavy cream sweetened ultra-pasteruized, Activa Vanila light fat free yogurt, blueberries, whey protein. Lunch: bell peppers, smuckers simply fruit blackberry, healthy choice premium FUDge bar, arnold whole grains bread healthy multi-grain, mushrooms, sunrise medley potatoes, egglands best extra large fresh egg, kraft original philadelphia cream cheese, Red Tomatoes, original egg beaters. Dinner: whey protein, Activa Vanila light fat free yogurt, chicken thighs, sugar free whipped heavy cream, mid's pasta sauce, Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole grain thin spaghetti. Snacks/Other: clif builder's the entirely natural protein bar. more...
