I do 45 mins of weight training, and 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week.
I also keep track of everything I eat here on this website. It's fun and challenging!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
