Well FS friends, I was planning on having a great month...but it hasn't started off very well. My parents went home yesterday, so I figured my life could get back to normal (gym and eating), but then BAM! I got sick. I have this horrendous cold/flu, that has really knocked me for a loop. I can barely walk never mind get back to the gym. I am hoping it will only last a couple of days, but it sure feels like a doosy, and with my luck all of the kids will get sick too. Only upside to it is I don't really have much of an appetite. I forced myself to eat some chicken noodle soup and cornbread, but I think I'm going to go home take a double dose of Nyquil and sleep for about 12 hours. I haven't gotten much sleep this last week since my parents were staying with me and were up doing stuff all day while I was trying to sleep, so I'm sure that contributed to my getting sick. Sleep here I come! Hope everyone is else is starting April off right :)
