Greetings Buddies!

The 90 Day Challenge at my gym begins next week. We meet with our trainer to map out our goals, be measured and get our body fat % done. Here are my goals and behaviors. I will need luck to manage all this when I am out of town for my training in mid-April!

Outcome Goals

Lose inches on waist and hips – any amount is good!
Lose pounds on the scale – any amount is good!
Reduce body fat by ANY percentage – any amount is good!
Increase muscle strength evidenced by consistent use of heavier weights

Behavior Goals


I will work-out at OTF at least 14 times per month or more
I will drink at least 80 ounces of water or more every day
I will keep calories at or under my RDI daily (1300)
I will keep total carb count at 30 grams or less every day
I will aim for average of macros to be 65% fat, 25% protein and 10% carbs
I will continue to eat no grains and no dairy to reduce inflammation
