I've started the Metabolic Adjustment Phase (MAP) two days ago. I'm no longer in Ketosis. Im still eating The L4L way. Still moving more. and feeling great! I have officially lost 40lbs!!! That is something to celebrate!
213.2 lb Lost so far: 27.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
