Back again since a year ago with starting this, was not consistent and have gained 5lbs since that year!

Its times to get at it again, no excuses, never give up, just keep trying and trying!

You can and will do this for you and Mikey! Walks in the park with the dog, walking on the treadmill, eating the right portions. you got this!
