So, I've hit yet another weight loss plateau and have been following my diet and excercise down to a T and am not sure why I'm just stuck there. Any thoughts or advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Switching things up can help. Up your protein and fiber! If you don't exercise and can, start. If you do, switch it up. Upping intensity or endurance might help. Make sure you are tracking all your food honestly. Measure your food with measuring cups and spoons. Watch your portions. Drink your water.

I have a workout program that I do online and everyday I have a different workout set. I work out 5 days a week with 2 recovery days. I keep track of everything and my family is sick of seeing me be exact with my portions.
