Today was the first day of my new workout class Total Tone! I had 9 ladies join in. It was so much fun. We listened to 80s cardio on Pandora. And here is the work out we did: 2 minute warm up
40 jumping jacks 15 squats 10 sumo squats 40 russian twists 25 crunches 10 calf raises 10 sumo squats 5 jump squats 20 crunches 10 sit ups 30 russian twists 40 jumping jacks X3
