having my 24 week check up today at the doctors.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1673 kcal Fat: 50.88g | Prot: 95.83g | Carb: 231.95g.   Breakfast: Thomas' Everything Bagel, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar. Lunch: Perdue Short Cuts Oven Roasted Turkey, Publix Italian Sub, Potato Chips (Salted). Dinner: D'Italiano Italian Bread, Schwan's Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Marketside Roasted Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: General Mills Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, Ralphs Vanilla Chip Ices (Small), M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Original Crackers. more...
