...Ugh. o.o;; And today I have to eat out with friends, as well as get rid of sweets I had baked. Well, I'm sure we can get back on track eventually...But UGH! I haven't been this high since January! It's so scary when you let yourself loose! >_< I won't let it stay orange, I will be back in yellow soon!
147.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
