I actually started a low carb diet March 26 weighing in at 261.6 today I weighed in March 31 at 253.2 8lbs and 4oz down. Yippee!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
