I weighed 177 this morning and according to my food and fit bit i expend more calories than i am taking in. Can anyone look and see what is happening. maybe to many atkins candy but I am so addicted.

Your calories look low, is that all you ate? Do you take fitbit off when you watch tv, do housework, etc? I wear fitbit all day & night, so I only track fitbit activity (midnight - 9pm). The 3 leftover hours I let fatsecret auto calculate as resting. I would recommend weighing in once a week, so you don't see up & down fluctuations ;)

not on when I shower, since I am sitting down watching tv I leave it on. I don't wear it when I sleep though. thanks
