Went to sleep at 10 p.m. last night, imagine that! I'm a lifelong night owl and I'm trying to become a morning person. Easier said then done. I was struggling all day yesterday and not being very productive at work but last night I got at least 8 hours of sleep and feel much better this morning. I even had a good workout and feel much better today.

Excellent. It takes about 6 weeks for the body to completely adjust to any new change in routine. Consistency is the key. In a couple of months you won't be able to stay away past 11pm.
