Hey there Fat Secret buddies
Does anyone else ever get the urge to throw up when doping high interval training? Or any kind of intense work outs?
I had a class this morning and man... a few times I had to stop because I thought I might throw up. I find this happens to me when I go really hard with any kind of class boot camp, HIIT, etc.... I didnt eat before as it as a 6:00am class.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Lookig forward to a lunch time walk today the sun is shining and it is getting warm! Yahoo come on spring let's see some nice weather!

Add sea salt to your diet. Heavy exercise depletes your body's salt supply, and can cause hydrosis when you try to replace the water you lost. Salt is necessary for life, because it facilitates the movement of energy from your blood to the inside of your cells.

Mineral salt is bad, but sea salt helps.

I agree with MoonsM - and be sure you are hydrated before and during the class. I used to have the same problem. It seems our body burns all the glucose for energy at the start of class and near the end your body is out of reserves and is working to switch over to burning fat -maybe slow down a bit at the start.
