Not feeling well today. Have tummy flu so I'm assuming this is probably mostly due to water weight lost. Happy to almost be getting in the 70's again though.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1352 kcal Fat: 49.13g | Prot: 58.69g | Carb: 166.23g.   Breakfast: Anat Cajun Chicken and Peppadew Tramezzini. Lunch: Bananas, Lindt Dark Chocolate, Spaghetti, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pasta with Carbonara Sauce. Dinner: Woolworths BBQ Pork Ribs, Woolworths Seedless White Grapes. Snacks/Other: KFC Hot Wings, Thin Crust Pizza with Meat and Vegetables. more...
