The best way to get started is to be proactive. Weight loss is a learning process to see what works for you and fits in to your life style. Find a plan that will work for you. Do some googling and research. You might just find counting calories is a good place to start. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. The weather is getting nice, so just going out for a 30 minute walk daily (or a few times a week) is a great place to start exercising. You don't need it to lose, but getting healthier and stronger is a great feeling. Read some fitness magazines for inspiration or go to pinterest.com and type in "fitness inspiration or motivation".
