Wow, it's been 2 weeks since I last journaled. I guess I just haven't been much in the way of journaling! Well, I survived my b-day and ate my share of birthday cake too. I've been slacking in the work-out department too. I've checked with the scale too a few times and I need to lose 5lbs to get back to my weight of 169lbs which I was maintaining for the longest time. Sigh! Funny story though - I went out shopping yesterday for running shoes and ended buying some clothes for the office. Still fitting into medium sized shirts and size 10 pants without a problem. But I know I will feel better 5 pounds less too!
Anyways, trying to eat better and get my daily fix workout in.
