Three days on the hill, putting up and tearing down a significant radio station installation for demonstrating emergency preparedness. My goal was not so much weight loss, as having enough fuel to sustain energy. So, I'm up 3 pounds after...and not worried about it.
179.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
