I came back from a weeks vacation and only gained a pound! I couldnt beleive it!! I just knew I had gained atleast 5. Wow, what a great suprise. Ok, so now that I'm still on track, I have a goal set to lose 15lbs in 18 days. Do you think this is possible? I will be ok with just 10lbs. Can someone help me to get back into loseing the big numbers like I did when I first started this plan. Thanks!!

Hi! If you figure out how to do it, let us know because I don't think any of us know how! Me, personally, I think that 10 pounds in about 3 weeks might be possible if you really focus, eat your points, and exercise intensively for an hour a day. Calories in minus calories out!

If you are super dedicated it is possible, but don't set your self up for disappointment. Look at your average weight loss and see where you are at. In the beginning you always lose faster than towards the middle or end. Your body gets adjusted to your new eating and just stalls. I would definitely focus closer to the 10 than the 15 and if you lose more, even better :) I am doing WW on my own this time too, but when I did the class last year, they told us that if you hit plateaus you have a trick your body. If you eat the same points each day, you body adapts and says, so you are going to eat x calories and then sets that as your new limit. If you don't eat the same daily, mix up your workouts, you are better in the long run. Also, water, water, water. Especially this time of the year. I am preaching to myself on this one. I have hit a wall this month, even gaining, but I am re-focused and back on track. I am going to strive for 10 pounds in 18 days right along side you so you have a Buddy to keep you motivated!!!!
