Had a spectacular week! Traveled to see my sister and her husband and kids. Certainly not used to eating "kid friendly" food. All in all it could have been worse. I had a great time and did not derail any progress. Glad to be home but not loving the 111 degree heat!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
