I have to brag now. I have been under 20 carbs for the last 5 days. I am trying hard to get back to 5 lbs below my goal, which is very comfortable for me. I saw a couple at a funeral who used to be our neighbors and she commented on how much weight I had lost. that really set me up for the next few days. I hadn't seen her in a year so I imagine I did look a lot different. Isn't it great when someone notices?
