I know your not supposed to weight yourself everyday but.... I did. Lost some!

Since I lowered my cut out bread, potatoes, rice, crackers etc. I've really lost weight. Almost too quickly, but I think I'll plateau eventually. What I'm concerned about is how my legs feel restless at night and I have a lot of muscle and joint aches. Part of that is due to the extra weight I've been carrying (inflammation)but I wonder if I'm missing some minerals in my diet. I'm using more salt as I read about the keto flu. Do you feel muscles aches as you switch your metabolism to fat burning?
