It's been a difficult week - I haven't any exercise and have not drank enough water: my depression was at an ultimate low; I have cheated a lot and feel a bit demotivated. It's a struggle to be a comfort eater; not that eating those chocolates made me feel better. Back to square 1?!! 28/03/2015.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perhaps you should consider joining a challenge. I find that helps by giving me daily and weekly goals and keeps me motivated. There are lots of them so you should be able to find one that meets your needs/goals.
