Wow, it was almost breath taking today to finally get below 130 after a 6 week stand still!! Its funny because I actually increased my calories. I heard that eatting to little can slow progress down. I was eatting 1000calories or less a day and this past week and a half I have increased my calories to around 1200-1500 and whohoo it started comming off agian!! I am still working out the same and drinking plenty of water and luck behold its down!!
