Bought lots of snacks during an impulsive shopping. I keep them in the drawer beside my bed. That makes me boredom eating at night. ><
The strict diet previously makes me start binge eating now. Hope my weight can be under control soon.
113.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
