Feeling a bit dizzy/nauseous today. Not cool. Don't feel like eating much. Just feeling off. Had a personal training session this morning so you'd think I'd be starving but it's actually the opposite. Really need some encouragement right now :(

I've been going through it too. It must be something in the water, as they say. Just stay the course, be gentle with yourself, and wait for it to pass. The dizzy/nauseous thing you may want to get checked out by an MD, but the rest; if you are anything like me; will pass. Take care and happy journey!
