I start a new job today and got the perfect little treat this morning when I stepped on the scale that makes the day even sweeter! I'm down 4.5 lbs this week! My new job will involve more walking and heavy carrying so there is the opportunity to burn more calories than my usual day of sitting in front of a computer :-)
