...& now I'm back on track. Someone once told me it only takes 1 'cheat' to put ON a lb., but then it'll take u 1 WEEK 2 take it back off...(pretty accurate). I'm @ 148 this a.m. & this is 'the 1st day of the rest of my life', so, God willing, I can lose this flab & fat, & get in shape again. :)?
148.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
