So sad to have to log 28lbs more since May 2013. Well Lord, I have surrendered to you. I'm not sure about weight watchers, but you sent Phyllis to encourage me. So, here I am. Even if I lose 1lb a week, I'm still 28 weeks away from my last weigh in here. that will be September 24, 2015. Lord, please help me to have the right attitude and do this. All the way this time. Actually, by this time next year, I can be at my goal weight. Please help me Lord.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
