Slowly but surely. However, I cannot complain because I know I have had some things in here that is not strictly 'low carb'. I can say that I am very pleased with how things are going.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you'll get there, it's not a race in any way shape or form, it's about becoming healthy. I think you'll have far more success if you indulge now and again without over indulging! That's the key, don't be deprived but don't go silly with it either if you truly have decided to adopt a new life style of eating.
