Going in for Gastric Sleeve Thursday March 26 .

I've been on the pre-op diet for 10 days, with some diversions. Last weigh in was actually March 10.

437.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 268.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 21.9 lb a week
