Have not been feeling well, have not been eating.
161.1 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1132 kcal Fat: 29.54g | Prot: 49.75g | Carb: 209.25g.   Breakfast:  Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Lactose Free!, Almond Milk, coffeemate French Vanilla, fat free, Fiber One Cinnamon Oat Crunch Cereal. Lunch: turkey pastrami,  cream cheese, weight watchers, bagel thins. Dinner: Campbell's chicken with whole grain pasta, Select Harvest. Snacks/Other: Jello chocolate Mousse, grapefruit, weight watchers chocolate ice cream cone, Jolly Time, Healthy Pop Butter, 94% fat free. more...
