Have been feeling so tired and run down since Sunday or so. Was so discouraged by the 178 on Tuesday that I ate a Hershey bar that night. It wasn't too hard to get back on track the next day, but I was discouraged. Feeling really good, body-image wise, but know that I need to exercise more. Need to figure out why I'm feeling so tired in the mornings.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
