the scale toggled between 223 and 224 so going with 224 to be fair. I wasnt sure i would post a loss this week bc i was bad and picked at my husband's plate one too many times.I did meet my goal of 10k a day for 6 days though. Im going try and duplicate that this week and quit picking at my husbands plate. Reminder to me: french fries are the enemy !! Have a great week every one !
224.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes it's difficult when your partner is not following the same diet. Stay strong and keep up the good work!

Here in our house, the day I say I need to work on my food choices.... That's when my husband chooses to start bringing more junk food in. He says he's just trying to be nice. I "lovingly" say he's being evil. ;) It sure does test you when you are the only one that is trying to eat healthy.

Yes - I totally understand. My husband eats pretty well but he is big on dried fruits (all carbs and sugar) and cereals (all carbs and sugar) I tell him he has to hide his stuff where I cannot see it at all. Once I stray, it becomes cravings!

THANKS every one! He is really good about not bringing crap home or hiding when he does. This one is all on me.For no reason I took those bites and one bite set off my cravings. BUT, im using this as a learning experience. Last time I did Atkins I stayed in induction for 6 months and then gained all the weight back bc I didnt learn how to eat right and make it a lifestyle change. Testing the waters this week has really taught me how far I can go and I needed to know that one bite will set me off. Now I know and will really think twice before I take that bite again.Planning a trip for some healthy good tonite to shake the cravings and plan to try and finish the week strong !
