Well good news is that I am now below 200 lbs for the first time in a while. I stuck to the plant based diet (as I intend to for a while), but managed to have a few beers (well it is Spring training in Arizona) and red wines.
I had two work related (social) games to go to and it was hard watching everyone dive into burgers, hot dogs and nachos, but I stuck to my guns and was rewarded.
Have a great week,
Andy

After awhile it's much easier I think, although we all have soft spots for certain foods. I get yelled at all the time for picking the veggies out of the nachos lol.
Great job!

Yay for you! Good job. My friends laugh when I go to ballgames because I bring baggies of my own food!

Great job, Andy! I never realized how many food-related events took place in my life. Church, home, work, family -- Heck! I was eating just about everywhere I went (and very little of it was healthy fare or tended to the rigors I've tried to set for myself). I've had to dial-back on some activities and just call on sheer willpower in the face of nachos and processed cheese (lol)!
