Hezhturann's Journal, 22 March 2015

Saturday morning I weighed 168.8 and was very happy with that. Did well on my diet all day yesterday until late last night. I got a craving for something sweet and my sugar free fudgsicle just didn't do it for me. I had a box of Girl Scout tagalongs in the house that I had bought for my husband. Found out that he doesn't like those. There were only 4 taken from the box and I ate the rest of them. 8 cookies. I still didn't go over my calorie count for the day, but way over my carb count. So this morning, I weighed 170.4. The same thing I weighed a few days ago when I recorded my weight on here. I am lucky it's only that.

A slip is not a fall! Try to have even a little something at each meal. Lately lunch has seemed my big meal of the day and then I'm full enough to have a small dinner. But whatever works for you. That is one thing you can really tell on this site - no one seems to be doing exactly the same thing.
