had a late start at work today so hit the park for a nice brisk walk before work bc its going to rain tonite and i dont want to go out. I got 6k in steps. If I can get the last 4k I will have met my goal of 10k a day for 6 days in a row, which has been a personal goal of mine for sometime. I made a sorta anti pasta for lunch and it was delish. Planning on trying to get at least 5k tomorrow and make some fat bombs and enjoy the weekend. Happy Friday to every one.
