The stress-fest has continued and it shows by the fact that I have not been eating properly. I've had so much going on (medically & at home) that food, fook journalling, and moving my ass with exercise hasn't been my main concern.

I'm trying to get back into the groove of it, and see where I can go with it.
I can lose weight, I can eat less. But I did eat a whole rotisserie chicken last night as a (I know, food should not be a treat) reward/ get me through the night/ after a day long stint on doing laundry and dealing with house issues.

I'm now waiting to hear back from my Doctor today about the MRI results (the hospital told me that I should hear from her by today. If not, then I should call.) Am I a little worried? No. Am I a lot worried? Yeah. But ultimately, if there's an issue or not, I'll just have to roll with it and get on with life.

Sorry this isn't more upbeat.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Take baby steps today - maybe just drink more water, take a walk around the block - anything to feel accomplishment!
