The stress-fest has continued and it shows by the fact that I have not been eating properly. I've had so much going on (medically & at home) that food, fook journalling, and moving my ass with exercise hasn't been my main concern.
I'm trying to get back into the groove of it, and see where I can go with it. I can lose weight, I can eat less. But I did eat a whole rotisserie chicken last night as a (I know, food should not be a treat) reward/ get me through the night/ after a day long stint on doing laundry and dealing with house issues.
I'm now waiting to hear back from my Doctor today about the MRI results (the hospital told me that I should hear from her by today. If not, then I should call.) Am I a little worried? No. Am I a lot worried? Yeah. But ultimately, if there's an issue or not, I'll just have to roll with it and get on with life.
Sorry this isn't more upbeat.
