Had berries and whipped cream last night. Have eaten the tortilla strips on the SW salad both days. Was starving all day yesterday and would have eaten more if I could have. Was surprised to have not gone over too much. Disappointed about the pound, but I was likely better hydrated this morning than usual, so it may be more accurate. Also wondering if building muscle mass from exercising this weekend may have contributed to the gain.
