So weight loss slowed down from the first month on the south beach diet. all together I have lost 18 pounds and very proud of myself but wish that the weight loss was faster. I will have to get down in the gym and get working out. need to work on arms and stomach the most which I know will come down to cardio ! I used to love cardio so much but I just got bored of it. Oh well what is a girl to do ......
