p90x Day 1:
Basically was sitting down, watching the intro to the dvd set and looking a little at the book. I now know the requirements of the "stuff" i need to going, so i'll try to pick it all up over the next week while I finish both the workout and nutritional guides.
I definately like the idea of doing this in the garage instead of going to the gym, because the only times i have to do so, are those that are usually the busiest at the gym.
My garage is waiting for some sweat! - LETS DO THIS!!! :)
